Today I went to a big Buddhist Festival here in the U.K. attended by 1000 people from all over the world. I am a member of Shinnyo-en (a Buddhist order based on the traditional Buddhist Law Stream) and we have been working at the U.K. temple to prepare things for this big day. Being a member of this group has made me look at what’s important in this one life we have here and what is unnecessary and drags us down.
